  9. Hermes II external gives users the option of deleting their own account.
  10. Hermes II external gives users the option of deleting their own account.  Should help keep the inactive accounts down.  They are just marked as deleted in the normal way that Hermes deletes users so it is possible to recover a user by just unmarking the deleted field of their user record.
